National Coronavirus (COVID-19) Helpline
  • We are here to listen to you. This helpline is for anyone who needs to express their fears, anxiety, or concerns over anything related to the coronavirus.
  • You can express yourself in complete privacy. You will not be asked to provide any personal information including your name and your call is not recorded, not even for 'training or quality purposes. Any charges will appear on your credit card billing statement as "First Call Computing."
  • You will not be judged for expressing your feelings. You talk and we will simply listen and empathize with you. We will not provide any advice.
  • You can talk as long as or as little as you want for an affordable rate of $0.49* cents a minute. For example:​​
    • 3 minutes = $1.47
    • 5 minutes = $2.45​
    • 10 minutes = $4.90
    • 15 minutes = $7.35
  • We are not an emergency call center. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
  • If you are suicidal, please call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255
  • We are not associated with any health organizations or government agencies. If you would like to learn more about the coronavirus, please visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and/or the World Health Organization websites.
